Upon completion of your event, notify our office of any merchandis you wish to return and you will be given a Return Authorization number. We ask that you do this no later than 5 days after your event. Simply enclose a check or charge for the merchandise sold.

All merchaindise is shipped FOB Lake Forest California.

Our terms are COD or Credit Card for new customers. Net 30 days for credit worthy accounts.

All shortages or damaged goods must be reported within 5 days of recipt for full replacement or refund.

All returned merchandise must be authorized and returned pre-paid.
